How do you burn a dvd from a saved minidv camcorder video file?

I made a video using my minidv camcorder. My laptop has a dvd burner. I can't get my notebook to burn my saved windows media video file. How can I do this?
I have dvd shrink, nero, wmv, dvd fab, etc.

IMHO, for better result, you can to capture your camcorder recorded movie to PC via firewire with WinDV and use LT. Columbo's guide which also lists all the tools needed:
