error adding video

whenever i try to add a certain .mpg file it gives me the error "MyDVD cannot add audio in this manner. To set the background audio, ctrl-drop the audio onto the meno.

but im not trying to add background audo, just a normal video file. Other mpg's i added worked fine except this one.
any suggestions ?

reencode the mpeg with the same program and settings you made the others with...apparently it's dissimilar.
