mp2 decoder

I am recording a few minutes from my TV tuner on Computer to my hard drive, the files was saved as MP2 but without sounds, can someone help and tell me how to decode?

MP2 IS a sound format. To listen to this file, simply run Windows Media Player and "drag and drop" the file onto it...


Or do you actually mean "MPEG2"?
