Protection..RCS/CSS

Sorry I might have missed a post where it said this but I was wondering if this program, when it compresses the file and burns it, does it remove RCS and/or CSS. If not does anyone know a program that will beable to burn a avi file to DVD and remove RCS/CSS protection??
