      @Sepharius - it should do it And about your English it looks as good as mine and I was born here . There is a Swedish forum for video here moderated by cynthia who is very knowledgable. If need be post there in Swedish.

              I merely used nero and burnt 4 .avi episodes on a DVD-RW
              that explains alot! forget nero for encoding. try the other ideas offered so far

              sounded like you burned a data disc, but it DOES play ok on the pc. if you encoded it as PAL and your NTSC, and player won't support it, this may happen. it's happened to me one time by mistake

              played fine in pc, too big on tv.

                By the time I got here he had posted this to clarify it did. I suggested adjusting the TV first, it coulda been that also since it played ok on the PC.
