i've been burning dvd's for quite a long time now(many 1000's). i've tried lots of programs (nero, dvd shrink, dvd santa, alcohol,) u name it, i've tried it. the program i use now is convertxtodvd by vso. it works. i havn't come across a file that it has failed to convert and burn with flawless results. give it a go. and no i don't work 4 vso!

Yeah man thanks but i have a new problem now, it seems that dvdsanta will only encode up to episode 163, i checked the video type the 163 episodes and onward were and they are mp4, it says on the end of the title, and the others were avi, should i still encode? or can dvd players (normal tv ones) play mp4 files? if not what program should i use to get the same results as dvd santa?
