Macintosh conversion .wmv to .avi. is this possible??

I'm using a mac and I need to convert a .wmv file into .avi...is this possible?

Only if you use the Connectix Virtual PC to emulate a PC on your Mac. then you can use the available PC programs to perform the conversion.

As far as I know, there are no Mac programs which even recognize the .WMV formats (7 or 8).
