Nero Vision Express

I recently changed from Nero 6.6.0.16 to 6.6.0.18.
When changing from Nero Ultra pack 6.6.0.16 to 6.6.0.18 is it necessary to change also from the Nero Vision Express 3.1.0.16 version which comes with 6.6.0.16 package, to the version that comes with 6.6.0.18. Can anybody tell me what version of NVE is supposed to be part of the 6.6.0.18 package.
And if so, where do I find the NVE version download.
