Is there a way to determine what media a Dvd player will accept. I have two, one will play all media, the other only dvd-. Thanks

some older players only play-dvd-rom-as in originals.most modern players play most formats.bitsetting your +media will increase your chances of playback especially on older players. -
The box the player came in will generally tell you the supported media..
