For some reason when I run the Ad-Detective it marks all the commercials but it doesn't cut them automatically any more. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted?

ad-detective-->set ad-detective parameters-->common parameters-->automatically cut detected scenes

i wouldn't recommend it though, with their current method the scan is bound to make mistakes. imho it could use a bit of work, logo/watermark detection would greatly increase accuracy.

I'm with anonymez on this one. Ad-detection is a great tool to 'aid' you but you should manually cut the ads after jumping thru them to make sure there is no errors in the Ad-detection
