Capturing HD Tivo?

Would like to capture Tivo to my PC to then transfer to DVD's for storage.
I Found this video capture card from Blackmagic design utilizing an HDMI interface. Would this capture audio &video from my Tivo?

If not, what type of card would I need?

you're better off purchasing a digital tv tuner pci card for that, it'd be much cheaper, much quicker and a lossless process.

last i checked, getting data from PVR's requires a bit of tinkering, http://www.google.com should give you everything you need
