Cinemacraft Encoder-1/4 of the screen

I just started to use CCE-SP2 to encode avi to dvd and there is a big problem that I can't fix, I read the manual but the problem persists-
when the encoding is finished the movie is set as 1/4 of the video screen.

Before I used avi2dvd and there weren't any problems(HCenc), I thought this CCE-SP2 was better, can somebody please tell me how to fix this problem, maybe post a screenshot of the settings?

I noticed that only a small number of people visit this forum, could someone recommend other forums where I could find solution to this problem?
