Sometimes when I close a file or folder, I get the bar disappearing at the bottom of my screen and I have to wait for it to come back as well as the background-running software to show. Well, when the background-running software does show, some that was hidden part isn't there anymore and I have to reboot to get them back as in hidden. I also get a Personalized Setting box appearing. The Personalized Setting box has appeared over other reasons, too. Here is an image to show the first stage of what happens when I last closed a folder before things come back apart from what's supposed to be running in the background as in hidden unless I click on the arrow. Look at the bottom of my image, too to see my bar at the bottom of my screen disappeared. Sorry the image a giant one, I had to post it this big for everything to show properly and for the Personalised Setting to be readable.
I did ask about the Personalized Setting before and I was told it might be a virus and when I did a virus scan there was no viruses detected. I scanned with AVG Anti-Virus and I checked for updates before the scan.
What is causing all this?
