SVGA to USB Frame Grabber / Capture Card?

Guys,
I need a SVGA to USB Frame Grabber for BMP image capture of a Radar image every 15 seconds.

I am currently using the Epiphan unit but due to unforseen circumstances this is no longer an option!!

Anyone got any ideas??
