Htm To Avi-or-mpg

Can somebody help me with a program that converts a movie clip imbedded in a htm file, to mpg or avi. Thanks Alan.

ps. preferably a free program as I only have two clips to convert.

Chances are you already have the video file saved on to your computer. It would be in your Temporary Internet Files folder. There is no such thing as a .htm or .html video file.

As you said, its a video file that is embedded into HTML.

You need to find out what type of video file it was? Was it a .mpeg, .mpg, .avi, .swf, other?

What website was it from?
