NEED HELP PLEASE capture dish network to pc to dvd

Ok here we go this is what I have, P3 3.5, 1g memory, 2 hard rdives, so I have those right tools, but what I have for a capture card is a winfast 2000 XP, it captures ok but when playing back especially on tv, there are shadows especially during an action movie.
Does anyone know of what I can do to do better, I qam running coaxial to capture card from splitter, what dio I need to do? is there beter software, or should i switch out the capture card?

Go to www.byopvr.com and join those forums and ask them for help. I would suggest gbpvr as an excellent capturing software.
