Copy Dvd to Dvd

I have always used R4me or Dvd Rebuilder to make backups. I have a computer that has a Dvd drive and another drive with a burner, is it possible to just copy directly to the burner if the original disk is small enough to do so wihout the shrink process? If so what procedure is needed?

It is possible, I use Nero to burn, so if the DVD is small enough, you can just make a DVD Copy. I use this to copy disks that I have already burned because they are small enough.
