Help w Star Wars 4, 5 and 6

I'm trying to do back ups of Star Wars 4, 5 and 6. I've noticed that the subtitles don't show up on parts with aliens speaking in there native tounge. Such as Guido and Han Solo in the Cantina. is there a way to keep the subtitles? I've used DVD Shrink and DVD Fab and still the subtitles dont carry over. Any suggestions?

If you choose to keep the English subtitles. Make sure you keep all of them. I have done these dvds. I know Shrink says like English 1, English 2, English 5. Make sure to leave them checked before backing it up.
