puzzled, using new lg burner

    puzzled, using new lg burner

    this came loaded wiht nero and cyerlink, but when i go through rip it no problem go through shrink get to 100% and i get this error, not sure where to go now.

    Uninstall nero first and then use the Nero clean tool then reinstall old version of nero 6.0.1.8 and make sure incd is unchecked
