addind audio to avi

Hi there, i would like to know how to add my own mp3 audio to an avi file I created with flask. I used virtual dub to remove the existing audio, and now I want to add my audio back to it, is there a tutorial on this or does anyone know how I can do this. I am a bit of a newbie at this so I'll require detailed info. thanks to anyone who can help.
