Converting .swf to xvid or divx

First off - happey New Year!!

I have a .swf video - http://www.etplanet.com/download/swf...rry%20Xmas.swf - that I'd like to convert to divx or xvid - is that possible? Will I loose loads of quality?

    Thanks!!

Or - mpeg2 or .avi Any format Youtube will take.

And of course, if anyone would love to show off their conversion capabilities...

use something like camstudio to capture your screen while playing it. you can then crop/resize & encode with virtualdub and/or avisynth
