Encode Mp3 file to another Mp3

To encode a Mp3 file to another Mp3 file [both files on local disk], for such purposes like changing bit rate, etc., is the following graph correct? If not, what correction should be made? File source [Async]-->MPEG-I stream splitter- -> FFD show Audio Decoder- ->LAME Audio Encoder- -> Dump.<o></o>

    welcome to the forum

    is the following graph correct?
looks good. however i would advise against encoding to and from a lossy format. if you must, it would be far more convenient to use something like foobar2k or belight instead.
