movies with missing bank headers

does anyone know how to copy a movie that has its main title bank headder missing ? not present when re-authoring but i found the movie in an extras folder it froze at the start and will not clear the menu name regardless of what other movies i try to shrink i bought a new copy of the movie but it will not run past the area the damaged one froze on at 5%
