A simple question

Is there a software that make subtitles to a movie without subtitles or a software to translate substitles to any language??????

Sub-Station Alpha (SSA) and the appropriate Virtualdub filter (for merging with the file) are what you are looking for.

THANKS MAN NOW I WILL LOOK FOR THAT SOFTWARE I HAVE A LOT OF MOVIES IN JAPANESE AND I WOULD LIKE TO PUT SOME SUBTITLES IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH .... AND AGAIN THANKX DUDE TAKE CARE SEE YA!!!
