Phony Yahoo Webcam

Many times when I open someone’s webcam in yahoo room, its showing video rather than showing the person on the other side. How do these people do that? Does yahoo allow you to do that? If so which version of yahoo allows that?<o></o>

There are several programs, one called Fake Webcam that I know of. They let you use AVIs or other recorded videos as webcam data.

There's a lot of lame people that do pointless and stupid things with web cams as well as other things.

I never use a web cam anymore because they are useless. I'm sick of them moving with slow frames and broken frames. The three to four-second delays annoy me. Every web cam I've bought and at a good price with top quality and when I chose the correct setting, the people at the other end never move as if I'm watching them on a live TV broadcast. They always have a three to four-second delay. This also happened when my Broadband was always running fine with normal speed browsing that I've always paid for. Web cams to me are a waste of time and money.
