    Turn on DMA?

    I am getting the following error message and don't know how to do what it instructs, I have looed in the help section but it does not tell me how to do this, I am using Windows XP Media Edition, if anyone knows the answer I would appreciate the info. thank you

    “My DVD has detected that DMA is turned off for one or more of the recording devices attached th the system. In order to successfully write to the device, DMA should be turned on – refer to you operating system manual or use Windows Help for instructions on how to do this.”

          Thank you for the link it was very imformaitve, but have one question, I have Primary and secondary on the device manager twice each, should I remove on of each could this be my problem, I don't know how I got 2 of each.

          And My settings are at DMA at present not the other PIO
