I have a strage problem with DivX 5.01.
When I play my DivX5.01 encoded AVI with the DivX Player 2.0 Alpha it looks great, but when I use MicroDVD or MS Mediaplayer 6.4 the quality really sucks!!
This is a big problem because the movie includes a lot of spanish talk, so I have 2 use a player with subtitle support.
I have reported this strange prob. 2 the makers of DivX5. They asked about my encoding settings, and I told them I used 2pass encoding only changing the bitrate to 1500 bit/s.
I havent heard from yet, so I figure this problem isnt easy to solve, so I really need some expert help please.
