    Burn fails each time ... HELP!!!

    i been burning dvd's for years. till about 3 weeks ago i am not able to anymore. it goes into nero and just fails after dvd shrink. here is the log

        that aml is pretty bad media

        and your drive must be real old, the new dell firmware is from 2004

          the media is brand new and the drive is only from 05
          i can burn on both of my burners i just cant burn dvds. it just fails. it just started doin this 3 weeks ago

            I moved your new post back into your original thread, please continue in this thread, it's too confusing to start a new one or post in someone elses

            the media is brand new
            irrelevant, still not a very good mid



            you have been given good advise now it's your turn to try a differnet blank or burner

            at least update your firmware to C111
