I like collecting music video-clips with DVD quality.So i have a problem:
Many times it happens to have two "vob" files of the same video-clip and different properties.So i usually made a picture-capture of each video(taken from the same frame)to find the best quality(if the different cant seen myself)cause audio dont care me much,but this time i am confused...
Can someone tell me if my way(pic-cap)is right, if there is any program to help me or any other way for my problem?
