I know it has been covered a bunch of times around here... but I can't seem to find an easy way.
My friend bought this movie from the UK... The Rescue of Jessica McClure. It says PAL Region 0 on the back of the DVD.
I've tried using DVDFab Decryptor to DVD Shrink and then burnt, but it wouldn't play on my DVD player.
I also tried DVD Decryptor to DVD Shrink and that wouldn't play either.
Is there a easy way of getting this to NTSC? Is that the format I need?
