Core2 Duo is it SSE2 or SSE3

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 is it a SSE2 or SSE3, or faster? Trying to set the encoder HCenc2_20 GUI for the processor.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 does support MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4, and EM64T.

thank you, in my GUI for HCenc I see SSE2, SSE3 the faster ones are greyed out unclickable. I went with SSE3, I see there is a AUTO one that must detect the processor. Plobably the same thing since I don't think HCenc 20 is built for faster than SSE3.
