Which capturing card is good for the job?

Hi I've been trying to figure out what is better or what is a good capture card to Capturing a VHS tape to convert it to DvD. I've been looking at the Plextor PX-TV402U - TV-PX-TV402U AND auppauge WinTV PVR USB2 MCE Kit - TV-HAU-PVR-USB2MCE

Witch one should I buy? I want to pick a good one.

    thanks

if u dont need tv tuner, u can look at some hardware encoders frm snazzi. they wont be cheap, but the are good.

if u need tv tuner then get one with hardware encoder, cant tell u more as i hardly do any analog capturing and that also with my dell / angel usb tv tuner that is no use for me as tuner. [its NTSC].
Seems like as soon you buy somehing, v. 2 comes out 1.5 times as fast!..!

I use the Hauppauge PVR USB2 and it seems to be pretty solid. Not the best support, but I've been able to work most of the kinks out through various forums. I don't use MCE so don't really know how suited it is for MCE.
