Help with Cucusoft DVD to iPod Converter

Hi

I am not sure at all this is the right forum to ask this trivial question
but if anybody uses the "Dvd to iPod converter suite 5.05" and lurks
around here maybe (just maybe) yu can answer this because I have
mailed there support now for 2 weeks solid and there is no answers
at all

When seting up the Dvd conversion in the program I want to keep
the chapters of my Dvd intact so I can find certain chapters quicker
and not just Ffwd all the way to the spot I want to see.

Does anyone know how to set this up?

I thought I 'd at least try ... Don't kill me for it. Just say if I am wrong
and I wont repeat my question
