TV->PC and PC->TV converter

Hi,

I am looking for a product to convert signals between the laptop and the TV/Camera/VCR/etc. I want to be able to record TV/camera/VCR/etc on the laptop hardisk (or directly burn to dvd) and also to be able to view movies (DVD/mpeg/etc that are being played back on the laptop) on the TV.

There are separate products for each such as:

to convert between RGB and NTSC but I'm looking for a product combining both.

You probably won't find one that does both, at least not on a laptop. ATI All In Wonders are available for desktops but there's not too much demand for video out from USB or PCMCIA. Videohelp.com has a pretty good list of capture cards.
