i got this dvd aliens and when i play it on the pc it kinda glitches (slight pause) in certain parts of the film. more than one part... but when i play it on the dvd player on the tv it doesn't? this is the first time i've had this kind of problem. any ideas?

all dvd's have errors, when you look at the technology, wavelengths etc,
it's a wonder it works at all

that's not a very good laptop burner?
