SVCD iso help. Got .bin no .cue

Hi,
I got a ISO of a SVCD but only got the .binj file not the .cue.

I know how to create .cue files but i dont know what 'structure' SVCD cue files are.

Mixed mode?
CD-rom?

Any one know?

Please help.
