    Hi and welcome to the forum

    Have you checked if your discs are scratched?

    Try to clean them to remove dust.

    And, you can just search the word: "redundancy" and find a lot of stuff on the subject.
    Mainly bad media and/or bad burns and drives that are failing.

      Can also mean a faulty pressing from the factory...return for exchange, if this is the case.
