Subtitles

Hi all. I have had a family video sent to me from the Netherlands and it is all in Dutch, unfortunately most of our family don't speak Dutch and I was wondering if there is a program that can automatically put in subtitles? It is an MPEG file.

First, you'll need to create the subbies then mux them in.

Subtitle Creator is the prog for you but someone who speaks Dutch and English (e.g. my missus ) fluently will obviously need to help.
