PC won't play particular DVD

Hi there.

I got 5 DVDs from the library on Friday. Four of them play just fine, but the 5th (24 HOURS ON CRAIGSLIST) won't play. In fact, the PC doesn't even acknowledge that the DVD is in the computer. This particular DVD worked on (1) my stand-alone DVD player and (2) my friend's PC.

Any suggestions?

Try it without 'auto play' turned on? Start the DVD playing software before you insert the disk? Hold down 'shift' when you put the disk in? (any of these should prevent a software based cause)
