Best way to Capture from LaserDisc? (Pioneer DVL-909)

Hello Folks! New to the forum!
I would like to consult the many video capture gurus that may grace these parts. I am interested in doing a high quality video capture from a Pioneer Laserdisc system ( http://www.laserdiscarchive.co.uk/DVL-909.htm ). I'm a newb to video capturing and am wondering what is the best way to get the highest quality capture from this deck.

    I have a 850mhz P3 system with 468mb ram and 150gb hard drive space.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

      macrovision

      thanks tecnition_ted,
My friend has a Radeon All-In-Wonder and seems to be pretty happy with it. I am curious as to whether i'm going to get good video and audio throughput and what that depends on. Is cable distance/quality an issue? Sofar im looking at DiVX as a realtime codec. For optimum quality should video and audio be done seperately? I'm also hoping I dont have any trouble with Macrovision.
