streaming .MOV with StreamBox VCR?

I've been downloading without problem .rm streaming files with StreamBox VCR and everything worked great. This site [http://tvnews1.televisionarchive.org/prog] also privides better quality videos (320x240) but not with Real Player, instead you have to use QuickTime. I've tried to download the streaming .mov files with StreamBox and after a few minutes of fine tuning was able to do so. The problem is that I can't open them now. QuickTime tells me "Couldn't open the file "...." because it is not a file that QuickTime understands". Any thought on that?
