I have been using Cinemaster for two years and yesterday received an error message that there was a fatal error and the cinemaster driver will now exit gracefully. I have all the files on my hard drive and tried to reinstall it all but can't find the QI player. I went to the cinemaster site, clicked on the link to fdrive and logged in as it said to do: csdvd2. All I get is the log in page over and over when I try this. Where is the software download?
I should still have all the files on my harddrive but I can't identify the QI player. Stupidly I went in to Add/Removed and removed the player before I made sure I knew where the file was on my harddrive.
Hope someone can make sense of what I have written.
