Can I ask questions about DVD Shrink errors here?

I got to this place through a clickable link on my DVD Shrink help page.

I need help! I don't know why I keep getting this error no matter what I try to do. And it's all of a sudden, so I don't know what's changed.

Can I ask around here or can you tell me where I can look for answers?
