dvd tovcd help...

i've ripped my my movie and i'm using dvd2avi as one of the steps in converting but i don't have the option to save the audio in mp3 compressed format. the guide i'm using off www.vcdhelp.com says this option should be there. i'm using the latest version of dvd2avi. any thoughts on this
