Need help to decipher this code anybody help

Hi im new to this forum i was hoping i could find anybody on here to help me decipher this code and where it came from i received a list of certain dvds and the codes next to the title on this list are LIB 6102,LIB 6185,CHF-F1028SF Basically im trying to figure out if this is the suppliers code or a countrys code or the manufacturers code can anybody help me out with this thanks in advance to anybody that can
