PgcEdit & "pskill.exe"

Hi folks,

I used the search button here and didn't find anything ...

I just ran a Antivirus Scan (Full Scan) and "pskill.exe" came up as a "High Risk" "Adware".

Q: Is this a "False Positive"?

Go to the link below and that web site say's that it is. I saw other web site's that said that it is no. You be the judge.

Yes, it is a false positive. There is no virus/spyware in PgcEdit.

Thanks for your feedback! I kind of thought as much ... but I wanted to be sure.

BTW, I have not learned all the power that PgcEdit offers I only know the basics ... deleting some Titles and that is it.

pskill.exe should be from SysInternals.com which MS now hosts on
their own site. I've been using SysInternals system utilities for
years. Shouldn't be a problem there.
