DVD Shrink 3.2 HELP

I used to be able to copy a DVD very easily l would

1] Open Disc
2] Analyze disc
3] Encode disc
4] Then the tray wound open and prompt me to insert a blank disc, BUT it
no longer does ???????????????

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME!!!!!

I would do a google search due to the fact that
a " we do not discuss copying dvd's on this forum"

However, if you simply want to burn your project, there are lot of ways to do so. Get ImgBurn (free) and read how to burn.
