dvd shrink has encountered an error..

A friend of mine just starting using dvd shrink. And he encountered an error saying the downloaded movie he tried to open could not open. Its a movie he downloaded, how can he fix this issue? Without downloading another program to use with dvd shrink.?

Yes, we can't talk about DVD Shrink anymore and donwloading movies is illegal. Time for you to read rules 6 and 19.
