Tools for mkv file

I got a .mkv movie with resolution 960 x 544, any tools which can regenerate the resolution, my target is 1440 x 613.

I'm not experienced with .mkv but if you have a tool that can use AviSynth you might try LanczosResize(1440,613) in an .avs script fed to the tool. Just guessing though. If you find somebody with real experience listen the him/her instead.

Thanks for the sharing, I had open what you say the webs, but it seems that quite professional for me, i'm a newbie anyway. I think I need one month at least to study what they say in the webs.
