Simple mp3 onto dvd

All i want to do is put about 1000 songe from various years into folders of the year and burn onto a dvd in mp3 but nomatter what i try it wont play in standalone dvd ie 1956 (12 mp3 files)1957 (20 files) etc etc ive tried nero but no success also instant dvd and gear any suggestions as to what im doing wrong and when i burn then onto cdr it plays ok but when i burn onto dvdr it doesent

That's because it is not possible to put mp3's on a dvd. Maybe you can try to convert one to mp2 and try to put that on a dvd. Let us know if you have succes.

i thought dvd only played ac3 unless made specifically to handle mp3 cdr not dvr. if you have a mass amount of room to spare just put it all into ac3 format and try again.

After Effects (production bundle) is another great tool! More than double the price of Premiere but I guess it's worth it! But I'm not a expert in it yet
